a person whose relative of police inspector has filed a false criminal complaint u/s fraud, cheating and forgery against innocent person. there is posiblilty of arrest in near future.
the accused has approcahed to session court for anticipatary bail which is rejected. the application is moved to high court and the next date is after three months.
the malicious police officer may cause hart or arrest to the accused. Kindly guide what can be tdone to provide relief to the person and save from arrest.
