hello Mr. D'souza, will u pls specify the facts as well, in what context u need the application. lis pendense is a principle under TPA, let it be known for what purpose u intend to use it.

Dear Kiran, but what actually does it mean by lis pendense? Is it the same with pedente lite? Sorry for my ignorance but I am hearing that words for the irst time.

The question is totally misconcieved. there no provision nor any relevance for said application.
