Dear Sir,
Can an application be moved under s 125 of crpc against the 3rd party who are involved in abetment for resisting the execution of decree with the condition that all the unchallengable documentary evidence is available against the 3rd parties for resistance of execution of decree?
If yes, Under which section of crpc an application can be moved?

if company people are keeping the original certificate and if you had not done any bond sign or contract and you left the job then what is the procedure to get the certificate because after so much of requesting they are not giving the original documents.

Sameul,
issue a notice to the company to release documents.
Then file a Police Dairy and take it to the court.
