I am a resident of Lucknow but living outside the town due to my service in a private sector.

MY parents stay in Lucknow. The neighbour who lives opposite has been annoying them for last many years. His wife and his daughter throw sh*t and other garbage at my house and my family members.

Not only this, he being in DM office also lodge false complaints againt my parents of creating neusance.

Please help me in sorting out this problem.
