My mother has went to her heavenly Abode on 25th of december 2021
She and myself and our complete family are resident of Jalna maharashtra
She had purchased a plot in Aurangabad district of Maharashtra
The Tahsil office says that an heirship certificate issued by Court is required for transfer of title
My query is can I get the heirship certificate from Jalna where we have been residing all along or do I have to get it from Aurangabad Court as the plot is in aurangabad please explain ?
