Heavy internt use bill


I have not used GPRS on my mobile. Still, Idea is saying you have downloaded the Data heavily which is causing the bill 8000. In fact, I have not downloaed anything at all.

I talk to customer care, senior officer. they are not ready to listen to me, instead saying you have to pay it.

I have not yet pay the bill.

What should I do?

Ask them the detailed bill then you can check.Also check settings of your handset and make changes if needed.

Take details of ur plan. Also cheque hand set setting of ur phone generally with out GPRS down load no internet use is possible.
