Hearing confusion

Lower court ordeerd maintance of  5000 for her and child 4000.

I WENT HC FOR STAY JUDGE HAS GIVEN STAY AND WRITTEN STAY IS ONLY FOR PETITONER (HER)  NOT FOR CHILD MAINTANCE. DV DISMISSED MEANS  LOOKS LIKE FAULT FROM PETITIONER.

Now for hearing lower court i have to attend OR wait for final judgement of HC.

Because judge has written stay only for her Rs 5000 for child i have to pay in lower court OR high court.

1. The stay given by the H.C. if not vacated  by the respondent ( petitioner in lower court)  would then nullify  the order of the lower court ordering to pay Rs. 5000.00 to her  but you however would need to continue to  pay Rs. 4000.00 for the maintenance of the children. This amount you can deposit in the lower court.

2. Since the d.V. is quashed then you have no reasons to worry a lot as now her demand for maintenance  has been not accepted by the court.

3. Have you filed for divorce ?

4. If need be for further legal guidance contact this lawyer for paid legal phone consultation.
