have to file a complaint against a telecom company

Hi
Due to poor service i thought to move to other service provider and i tried to port out. But received a call from existing mobile network to retain me, telling full of sh*t and made to stay in their network. I was waiting for the development but nobody responded. I wrote a mail to nodal, in this regard they said network team will be calling. But nobody called. Escalated this to appellate, but till now no response. Can i sue them?

Quick Summary
This discussion covers the process of filing a complaint against a telecom company due to poor service and misleading retention offers. The user details their experience with failed porting attempts, unfulfilled promises from the network provider, and lack of response from escalated complaints. Advice is sought on whether legal action is possible and how to proceed with a formal grievance.

You can submit your grievance to The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) is a statutory body set up by the Government of India under section 3 of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India Act, 1997. It is the regulator of the telecommunications sector in India.
