Haryana society rules

Please guide me the clause or rule to refer for Society Member election

Quick Summary
This discussion provides guidance on Haryana society rules, particularly concerning member elections. It clarifies that at least seven executive members are needed to form a society under the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012. The process involves applying for a name approval with the District Registrar of Societies before preparing bylaws, with advice to consult local legal experts for specific guidance.

At least 7 members as Executive Members can form a Societies under Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012.  For a name for the society you have to submit an application to the District Registrar of Societies of the District where the society has to be formed.  After getting approval for the name, then you shall prepare bylaws. You may consult in District Registrar office concerned for further guidance as the Act vary from one State to another State.
