I am Physically handicapped person.
(2012) 5 years back my wife filed DV case against me which are all discarded few months back.
I am being paying maintenance of 20K.
I had got RCR from my native place where I was living for last 3 years back (2014).
After getting RCR order from court she accepted me to stay along with her in my own house in Mumbai.
I am being paying till today additional 10k every month i:e 30K.
She is self employed doing business of her own.
Even thou I fulfill her all demands she harasses me and torture mentally.
In her all evil acts my both daughter cooperates her.
I am bit confused what to do,should I tolerate or walk a way.
If I file divorce what are the consequence's.
If I stop paying her maintenance what are the consequence's.
Because our law is more favored to women's.
Please guide me.
