Harassment, blackmailing, abusing, auctioning women pictures through superchats in youtube

It has been brought to my attention that there have been instances of harassment, blackmailing, abusing, and auctioning women's pictures through Superchats on a YouTube channel.

  1. Harassment
  2. Blackmailing
  3. Auctioning Women's Pictures through Superchats on YouTube
  4. Suggesting a woman to suicide
  5. Degrading, abusing, blackmailing, threatening, privacy breaching an SC/ST caste person

Could anyone provide the sections and consequences for the above activities?

Thanks
