Harassment

My ex-husband whose divorce case is pending at HC has posted very bad comments in a social networking site and posted my photo also. he portray me as a prostitute. what action can be taken against him . I came to know this because it came in my email id.

You can give complaint to cybercell police.

immediately report it to the cyber crime cell in your police station and get a copy from him , store the clip in your computer or phone or make a CD , file a criminal report in the police station against your ex- husband u/s 509ipc for sending bad messages to you. also file defamation case against him, attach CD as a proof.

When were you diagnosed with cancer? after marriage? I hope your hands are clean. He got the divorce from a competent court on some ground. Then why someone instead of sympathizing with you had to resort to these kind of immature acts?
