Harassment

Sir if any police try to make harassment unnecessary and teying to make pointless issues then what to do please guide,it would we very gra e on you.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses how to handle harassment from police officers. It suggests two main approaches: seeking a court restraining order or lodging a complaint with higher authorities like the SP or Police Commissioner if the harassment is deliberate. For minor or personal issues, a more informal approach, such as befriending the officer, is also proposed as a potentially less costly solution.

1. IF some Police person is deliberately creating hurdles /harassment or making life miserable for any reason, THEN the solution is obtain Court restraining order against such Police person /dept.  You may also prefer to make a complaint before the district SP or Police Commissioner /Lok Adalat, requesting for relief.

2. IF issues are petty /insignificant /personal nature, THEN the next best option is to befriend the police person with a bottle and settle the issue, more so going legal would be costly.
