my uncle borrowed loan from many of his 5 friends at heavy intreset rate for urgency and now after many years more than 7-8 year they might have earned their principal amount and more but now still they are not returning the checks taken and asking to pay full principal amount and my uncle have sold their house and everything on his name and returned half of his principal amount again but still they are threatning that they will go to police with check and my uncle has become mentally ill he is innocent...now he says they will kill me if not returned...
please consider and help in this issue to over come this situation ...
procedure to be followed to get rid of harrasment... please help!
