Is it legal in India tobuy hair from individual one under her consent and sell abroad as a business

As per your query, let me inform you that human hairs are exported from India majorly to China, Myanmar, USA, Tunisia, China, Hong Kong SAR , for which the combined export value from India to these countries stands at 248.03 USD Million, which is 84.68% of India's total exports for this commodity.

Basically, there are no legal provisions which restricts the sale or purchase of hairs within/outside the country, however the consent of the buyer should be free and should be imposed upon him but by any of the factors specified in Indian Contract Act (ICA), 1872.
