It will take long time if you go by courts maybe 3-4 years mutual divorce is the easiest way to get divorce.

I think there is some proceeding going on between you and your wife. Your query is not revealing in which case your matter was referred for mediation.
It is important to mention here that when the mediation files or is not complied then the matter is generally referred back the court from where it was sent for mediation.
Therefore it is essential for me to know the background of the case before any suggestion is made in this regard.
