Dear Experts,
I filed divorce petition and the opposite party filed petition for Restitution of Conjugal Rights and petition for Interim maintenance.
Judge has passed order of Rs.10000/month as interim maintenance and I never given.
Final judgement came for other 2 cases. Judicial separation was given on my divorce petition. Restitution of conjugal rights was dismissed without cost.
What should I do next? I never paid a single penny during court proceedings as interim maintenance. Will it affect in future?
Please guide.
