1) You ask your father to extablish relationship that your father is your uncle true brother.
2) Take birth day certificate /Municipality Birth Day Certificate indicating your father's name. If possible take your Uncle cirtificate also. This will show the Similar name of your Grand Father.
3) Apply to the Tahashildar requesting that your father's name to be added in 7/12 extract of land so as to become equal owner of the land/property.
