I was a guarenter of a personal loan. The person who has taken loan has expired. His mother was paying the EMI till Dec 2012 and stop paying thereafter. Bank is asking me to ask the mother to pay the amount.the lady is not picking up my call. The lady is the legal hier and running a factory.,which was belongs to the borrower. Requst advice to get the loan amount back to the Bank.
