Gst used without info for other organisations

I am self employed Business person with valid gst and food license however things were smooth running until companies sales officer used my gst to provide other non gst organization the products.
now after I claim it was wrong deed they are removing as a distributor what should I do about the issue that was created by sales officer and Territory manager
