Dear Sir/Madam,
After 6months of my marriage my wife in jan 2011 filed 498a on me, my Old parents, elder and younger sisters who are staying 300kms away from bangalore, and also they didn't filed the case directly in police station, they filed a private complaint and court orderd to file FIR as they required, my younger sister is 6months pregnant now, and my brother in law is not sending my elder sister to court, in this case i request everyone in this forum to suggest me on below:
1. Chances of getting 205 acceptance to my sisters and my old parents
2. Right grounds i can use to get it done
3.still charge sheet not yet filed, i got ACB to everone and now it is regularised in my last trail judge had ordered police to file for charge sheet, so is this the right situation to file 205??
