Grievance as subjudice or not after dismissal of wp

A grievance is brought before the High Court as Writ Petition. If the WP is dismissed, will the grievance remain subjudice? Is it allowed to send representations to redress the grievance?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether a grievance remains subjudice after a Writ Petition (WP) filed in the High Court is dismissed. It questions the possibility of sending further representations to address the grievance and seeks to understand the reasons behind the WP's closure. The advice given suggests consulting an advocate for options like approaching the Supreme Court or filing a writ appeal, rather than posing riddles.

You cannot get suitable reply by placing riddle before this forum nor by setting question papers.
