I'm working in French MNC in Delhi as Sr. Process Associate and my Date of Joining Was 28-02-2011 and now i'm leaving this to join a new job. My last date is 30th November 2015 in current company so i wanted to know that am i eligible for the gratutiy?
as in google some of the article i read that a person is eligble for gratutiy who completed 4 year 240 days of service. but in some article its mentioned that 5 year needs to be completed please suggest which one is correct. and am i eligible for gratutiy as i've completed 4 year 270 days of my service.
