Gratuity not paid by employer despite university order

I worked with a management institute as a faculty in Pune University from July 2007 till September 2016. I applied for gratuity while leaving the organization. Requested for payment of gratuity through mail multiple time and waited till January 2020. Then I filed a complaint with the grievance redressal cell of the university in January 2020. The cell, after hearning multiple times, passed an order in August 2023 to the institute to pay my gratuity but till date the employer has not bothered to pay my gratuity. What should i do next?

You first issue a legal notice demanding the settlement of gratuity amount and enclose the copy of the orders in this regard stipulating timeline after which you can file a suit for recovery of your amount.
