I have resigned from an organization and i have completed 11 years and 6 months in that organization. Now my question is can i be eligible to get gratuity for 12 years. My organization is saying that i am eligible for 11 years only. Please clarify and if any such judgement or rule is available please help me.

You have completed =11Y 6M or even a day above it?
Are you counting from DOJ-LWD and has any day is excluded in between?
