Dear Sir,
I have question regarding eligiblity to get gratuity from my current employer.
I Joined current organization on 1st November 2006 and and resigned on 9th June 2011 and serving 2 months notice period and my last day of working with this organization is 3rd August 2011, Could I be eligible to get gratuity?

minimum requirement for claiming gratuity 4 years 8months compulsary worked, then only claim.

you will not get gratuity. minimum 05 year working is require to get gratuity.
