Gratuity

Hi all Thanks in advance. I have a query as mentioned below. Please guide me. ->) I resigned from a company after completing 4 years 9 months 10 days. ->) Now I am serving the notice period of 3 months. ->) Hence after notice period, I will be completing 5 years 0 months 10 days. Will I be eligible to claim Gratuity.? Thanks & Regards Amarendra Reddy

yes minimum period for section 4 o p g act is 5 years of service.
