Gratuity

Dear sir I am working in a company since 12th Oct�2009, but conditions is: this company pay us through third party. One & half years i am in pay role with one manpower solutions and after that they shifted me in pay role with another manpower solutions. But total I have crossed 7 years in this organisation with two different pay role. How can I expect my gratuity in this regards. Kindly confirm.

All employees are eligible for gratuity. Principal employer is liable for all statutory liabilities, if the Contractor does not pay.
It is applicable for gratuity as well.
However, the Principal employer can recover from the concerned Contractor if any money is due to the contractor.
