dear sir/madam,
my grand father had earned ancestors property . my grand father & grand mother were not interested in giving property to his son & they are interested to give property of 60 acres & so on ancestors to their daughters by making a will.finally entire ancestors property is given to my grand father daughters & their children. they had not given us anything for a span of 25 years.is there any right or law to get my ancestors property right back ?

If it is ancestral property and you have proof to prove the same, you can very well file a partition suit and claim your legitimate share in it.

In case the property earned by your grand father is of ancestral nature each and every Grand Son and Grand Daughter is having property share right over it, file a declaratory, partition and possession suit in the civil court , you all will get the share out of it.
