We are three brothers and four daughters. Our mother is alive and stays with me and iam the eldest son.
My father expired in the year 1989. Through a will of my grand mother he has acquired a house property.
The will is a registerd will of year 1963. The property was self acquired property of my grand mother. It is a dwelling house. one of my brother and one sister are staying in the house. Now we feel to share it as per our legal rights. Please advice how much share each of us will get. and what is the procedure. kindly give your best adivce
