Grandmother Property.

My Grandmother had 2 sons and 1 daughter.

My Grandmother Purchased a property in 1961 on her name. She passed in 2001 and my father passed in march 2010.

This property is still on my Grandmother name. Daughter Marrige was held 50 years back and now her age is 67 yrs around.  She has any right s on this property.

This propery comes under Belguam (Karnataka) court  juridiction

Dear Mahesh,

 

Yes she is also haivng equal rights as per Hindu succesion Act to claim share in the property of her mother

under the Legal Heirship of  Class - I
