                                     SIR MR"X" GRANDMOTHER SELF PURCHASE A PLOT OF 250 GAZ IN HER LIFE TIME SO THIS IS HER SELF ACQIRED PROPERTY .SHE CAN MAKE A REGISTERED WILL TO HER GRANDSON MR"X".NOW SHE WAS EXPIRED IF THE BROTHER OF MR"X" CHILD CAN CLAIM TO HER GRANDMOTHER PROPERTY .THEY CAN SAY THAT THIS IS A ANCESTRAL PROPERTY .?

self acquired property, if alienated by will cannot be claimed by anybody.

self acquired property can be dispossed off by will and beneficary succeeds the property to the exclusion of heirs and legal representatives of testator
