We are Inspectors in Dept. of Post , we were fighting for gradepay 4600 as granted to other Inspectors in other departments . CAT eranakulam bench found our demand to be genuine & passed order in our favour (OA381/2010). But , when same proposal was sent to Ministry of Finance from our Department it has been rejected .
Is it not a contempt of court order ? what should be our association's next step ? apart from moving to high court what else can be done in this regard to get justice at the earliest?
