If GPA is not irrevocable, you can by giving notice as well as by public notice, cancel the gpa.

Hi

Thanks for your reply Niranjan....

1)if A & B Were principal after that A was expired so that GPA is valid or not ,

2)if valid if I(B) revoke now   what happens AGENT Was done last transactions ? is it valid ?

3)if in this case if Agent is also expired now what will be happens ?

When A has expired, you can get POA from his heirs. The transaction done by agent is binding to you. If Agent has expired, the power ceases and the authority to sell reverts to principals. If Agent has expired, you have no need to cancel the power.

If GPA is not irrevocable, it can be revoked by giving a Notice and Paper Publication and by registered deed.
