How long is a GPA related to real estate property valid?

There is no time stipulation as per the validity of GPA but it may be not effective after the purpose for which the GPA was executed.

The very purposes of is served in particular GPA lapsed or other wise it remians force untill cancel the same. Or death of either person , unsound mind .lunancy
