Gpa and mou

How long is this GPA valid unless mentioned time limit?

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the validity period of a General Power of Attorney (GPA). Generally, a GPA remains valid until the task it was granted for is completed, or until the death of either the principal or the agent, unless a specific time limit is stated. If a GPA is tied to the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), it is typically valid only until the MOU is executed and the associated work is finished, after which it is revoked.

POA is valid till execution of MOU as mentioned in the general clauses. Once the execution of MOU work is over it gets revoked.

If there's no time limit specified in the GPA, then it is valid either till the completion of task assigned in it or till the death of either principal or agent.
