Atanu Sengupta,
An attesting witness to a GPA is only a witness to the execution of GPA and hence he cannot file any suit against the GPA holder or the person executing deed of GPA.

Sir, can you please quote the reference ? i.e under which section of Court of Law - attesting witness of GPA cannot suit a case against the exuting person of same GPA.
