we have bought a plot in bangalore 7 years ago. my husband was abroad at the time of registration. so one of his friends was given the power of attorney . in the absolute sale deed he is mentioned as SPA in the front page and GPA in all other pages. How this happened ? the property is the name of my husband and we have the tax paying paper. is there any way to cancel the power of attorney ? plse answer my doubt..

Check up the Stamp duty of the docuement. Stamp duty differs from 'General Power of Attorney' and 'Specific Power of Attorney'.
