Wonder the implication of such agreements. But for sure Hindu marriage is no more sacrament or pious religious ritual. It more now a contract agreement.
I am sure even if such agreements are signed, courts will find loopholes and award alimony / maintenance in the name of Gullible wife and its a question of surviablity of hers. In such cases human rights laws will be invoked to grant maintenance and prenuptial contracts will not be honoured.
