Got less property share of my father's ancestral property after my father's death

My uncle cheated us while distributing ancestral property of my father share .when partition happened ,my father died 6yrs before and my mother didn't know my father's property ,but in partition deed my mother signed in 2007 .my father was elder sold and he got only 3900 sqft ,but my uncle got almost 20000 sqft sites ,the partition happened in civil court and my mother was blackmailed to sign the deed ,my uncle told if you don't sign then you won't get any property.so can we challenge the partition deed

Quick Summary
This discussion concerns a situation where a father's share of ancestral property was allegedly unfairly distributed after his death. The user's mother signed a partition deed under duress, resulting in a significantly smaller share for her compared to her uncle. The question is whether this partition deed can be challenged in civil court, especially considering amendments to inheritance laws that grant equal rights to children in ancestral property.

If you were major your consent was necessary ,if you have not signed file suit for proper partition .

.The Hindu Inheritance Act of 1956 was amended in 2005 by the Central Government to amend the law to treat all as shareholders in ancestral property and self-acquired property of parents Provide full details on whether the law applies to the inheritance law of all the states in the country and whether section 13 of the Hindu Inheritance Act introduced by the State of Andhra Pradesh in 1986 also applies to this Act.
