Goods used for comercial purpose

if I purchased a paddy Harvester for commercial purposes, but the Harvester fails to operate within the warranty period can my case be maintainable in the consumer forum?

Or

Can I turn to the Consumer Forum if any issues arise during the warranty period on any item purchased for commercial purposes and those who bring such issues to the attention of the dealer do not respond to it within the warranty period?

If my complaint is not maintainable in consumer forum whom should I turn to?

Quick Summary
This discussion explores whether items purchased for commercial use, like a paddy harvester, are covered by consumer forums if they fail during the warranty period. It questions the recourse available when dealers fail to address issues within the warranty. The main point is that complaints for goods bought for commercial purposes are generally not maintainable before the Consumer Commission, and it seeks advice on alternative complaint avenues.
