Gold worth 5 lac and property share

My wife is having gold worth 5 lacs and share in 2 flats of 1BHK each 40 lacs. (She is eligible as per muslim sharia law).

( 1 lac lying in bank balance since 2010)

Still court will consider her destitute.

Cross in DV will start soon. Please guide me learned brothers.
