Never petition for divorce being a man. Indian courts by and large are pro-women. Collect maximum evidence to prove her desertion and strongly contest divorce quoting extensively about principles and sanctity of Hindu Marriage Act and need to respect, protect and sustain institution of marriage.

If she wants to come back let her, why you dont want wife now? She will do dharna? let her do? You also join her. Why are you putting stone on your own foot by not alowing her bacl into your house.

She already tried sucide many times and she beat so badly . If some thing happens to me who is responsible and if she do herself something to her it will some on me then why should i get blamed for her self action I have all recording her mother saying is to her that i was hit her and her mother is forcing to tell lies on me in this situation i cannot take risk

She is saving she will put domestic violence case thats why i did not beat and in respect of women i did not beat .otherwise it is just 15 job to finish it off to end
