Girl children right on dad`s gift property

My father-in-law's mother gave him a property as a gift. With her own money, her mother used to purchase that property. That property was given to my father-in-law. My father-in-law has three children, and he gave a gift to one of them without telling the others. In accordance with the Supreme Court's ruling in Civil Appeal No. Diary No.32601 of 2018, may I know if we can claim this property as ancient property? Please share your insightful comments.

Quick Summary
This discussion concerns a father who gifted a property, originally gifted to him by his mother, to one of his three children without informing the others. The question is whether the other children can claim a right to this property, particularly if it's considered ancestral. The query references a Supreme Court ruling and seeks clarification on the father's discretion over such property and the children's potential claims.

The property is ancestral. As such, he has the absolute discretion to deal with the said property during his lifetime.

Thank you Sir. Is other child has rights to claim this property?
