Actually it was a disputed land,

Dispute between brothers (A & B), and the civil case filed in the court,

Note : (As per records owner of the land is brother B)

so the owner (Brother B) in the process of saving the land he thought to gift to her wife and the court given the judgement fever to the owner( Brother B).
