hey thanx u all for ur advice my question is wot kind of stamp paper is required for gift deed or will deed in hyderabad (AP) for registration by sub-registar???like 200rs or 2000rs stamp paper??? and can it be taken on my friends name or his uncle's name??? and will the sub-registar make a house visit for both will deed registration and gift deed registration???

As per the state stamp act you will have to fee the stamp duty.
You have to purchase the stamp in the name of person who wants to execute the will/gift.
Will can be written in the white paper also.
