I have just retired from army. From my pension proceeds I wish to buy a flat on my daughter's name
as a gift.
Qn 1. Am I permitted to do this.
Qn 2. If so, do i have to pay tax on it ? Cost of flat Rs 13 Lakhs.
Qn 3. Can I be a joint owner or nominee to the property.
Kindly note that I am planning to buy the property out rightly on her name. Please advise.
