GIFT Deef

Is Gift deed can work as original registery ? Can I buy property by seeing original Gift deed or I need original Property registery copy ??

Gift deed is valid only if the property is legally transferred to the the name of the person to whom the property is gifted. In which case you need legal transfer certificate from the Authorities before you purchase the property.
