Gift deed without delivery of possession

If gift deed without actual delivery of possession make it a valid gift deed? If other legal heir are still in possession of one of the floor of the house?

Yes, it's valid , you can claim possession on the basis of gift deed

If there are conditions in the Gift deed, then follow as per conditions mentioned in the deed.  Otherwise valid.
