We are looking to built house in our plot which is registered on my father in law name. so to apply loan on my name my father in law would like to gift deed to me and my husband. so please advise me the procedure to gift deed to son and Daughter in law .
Also daughter in law is eligible for tax exempt on Gift deed registration? I know son is eligible for tax exempt but I have doubt on Daughter in law relation.
Please advice.
